Village near lake Sevan, Armenia, 1976 | Masha Ivashintsova

I remember this old woman during our visit to Armenia. We were visiting one of the villages next to the lake Sevan. This woman saw us passing on the street and invited us into her house. She was speaking Armenian all the time — we did not understand a word. But we felt the warmth of her words and the warmth of the bread she offered. After sharing the bread, my mother took a picture of her.
